User creation and management
Last updated: October 19, 2026
From user management, you control who has access to the Strike platform, with what role, and how your team is organized. Only users with the Owner role can make changes to members and access.
To get there, go to Settings → Users from the sidebar (gear icon, at the bottom).
Invite a new member
Click + Invite Member, at the top right of Organization users.
Enter the new member's email.
Select their role:
Owner: full control of the platform, including user and role management.
Operator: management of operations (assets, vulnerabilities, connectors and Projects), without managing users.
Auditor: read-only access to all assets, vulnerabilities and Threat Emulations in the organization.
Member: read-only access, limited to the assets and vulnerabilities explicitly assigned to them.
The user receives an email with a link to complete the invitation.
For details on what each role can do and how to grant permissions per asset, see Roles and permissions on the platform.
Pending invitations
In Pending invitations, you see invitations that have been sent but not yet accepted. From the ⋮ menu of each one, you can:
Resend the invitation.
Cancel it.
Managing active members
The Active members table shows all users with current access, along with their email, role and join date. You can also search for members by name.
From the ⋮ menu of each user, if you have the Owner role, you can:
Change their role within the organization.
Revoke their access and remove them as a member.
Good user management lets you keep control over access and align permissions with each team member's responsibilities.
