Reading and analyzing outputs

Last updated: October 19, 2026

Each vulnerability includes a detailed output that explains the finding, its impact, and how to reproduce it. Interpreting this information correctly is key to validating and resolving the issue.

What an output includes

  • Description of the vulnerability.

  • Evidence of the finding.

  • Steps to reproduce it.

  • Potential impact.

  • Remediation recommendations.

It is not just an alert: it is actionable information.

How to read an output

  1. Understand the issue: read the description to identify what type of vulnerability it is.

  2. Analyze the evidence: review how it was detected and which part of the system is affected.

  3. Review the reproduction: follow the steps to confirm the behavior.

  4. Assess the impact: determine the risk based on your business context.

What makes these outputs different

The findings are not raw results:

  • They are triaged by Strike's Hacking Team before being published.

  • They have real exploitation context.

  • They avoid noise and false positives.

To see how each finding was evaluated, see Tracking triage and AI validation.

Best practices

  • Always review the evidence before taking action.

  • Share the outputs with your technical teams.

  • Use the reproduction steps for debugging.

Interpreting outputs correctly helps you go from seeing an issue to resolving it effectively.
