User creation and management

Last updated: April 13, 2026

User management is the first step to operating within the Strike platform. This section controls who has access, what level of permissions they hold, and how the team is organized within the environment. Only users with the Owner role can make changes to members and access.

To access it, go to Settings → Users from the sidebar (gear icon at the bottom).

Inviting a new member

Adding new users is a simple and controlled process:

  1. Click on + Invite Member (top right in Organization users).

  2. Enter the new member's email.

  3. Select the corresponding role:

    • Owner: full access, user management

    • Operator: operational management within the platform

    • Member: limited access, designed to grant specific access to particular assets according to configuration

    • Auditor: read-only access to assets, vulnerabilities, and threat emulations across the organization

The user will receive an email with a link to complete the invitation.

Pending invitations

The Pending invitations section displays all invitations that have been sent but not yet accepted.

From the ⋮ menu you can:

  • Resend the invitation

  • Cancel it

Managing active members

The Active members table shows all users with active access, including:

  • Email

  • Assigned role

  • Join date

It also allows searching members by name to simplify management.

From each user's ⋮ menu (available only to users with the Owner role) you can perform key actions:

  • Change the role within the organization

  • Revoke access and remove the member

Proper user management helps maintain control over access, ensures orderly operations, and aligns permissions with each team member's responsibilities.
